- Program Development Interview- This interview is designed to take a snap shot of the individual client identifying important information needed to construct the best possible program such as strengths, weaknesses, previous injuries, medical conditions, workout history, goals and obstacles.
- Diet Consultation and Fitness Evaluation- We will provide you with the knowledge to make the best possible nutritional choices to teach your body to burn fat. We will also do comprehensive fitness testing so that progress will be easily measured for future reference.
- Program Design and Implementation- The session will teach you the personalized program that we developed for you giving you the tools needed to work on your own.
