		<description>Now that I&#039;ve lost the 70lbs. and met a major goal.  How do I get rid of the cellulite that lingers and hides the great abs that I worked so hard to gain?  I heard that interval training helps.  Could I include 5-10 minutes of cardio in between my super-sets?</description>

		<description>Good article Chris!  Fitness is indeed a lifestyle and it directly affected by the choices we make regarding dieting and  exercise.  At age 64 I know that my current good health has been a direct result of my choice to stay physically fit many years ago!  Keep up the good work!!</description>
