Mike Deardorff - In January of 2003 Mike Deardorf traveled to Iraq to fight in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He left U.S. soil feeling strong and healthy at a body weight of 185 pounds.
When Mike returned 5 months later many of his friends didn’t recognize him. Who could blame them? Mike weighed a measly 145 pounds of skin and bones. He had lost over 40 pounds of muscle due to a lack of food and 138 degree desert heat. Mike tried unsuccessfully to put the weight back on but ended up gaining more fat than muscle. He finally decided to hire Chris to help him get into the best shape of his life. The following pictures prove Mike more than accomplished his goal.

The results were dramatic. Fay’s weight dropped to 132 pounds and her body fat measured 12%. Bob Vastine - 63 year old Bob Vastine was involved in a serious bicycle accident that fractured his pelvis and dislocated his right elbow. Shortly after the accident he began training with Chris to help recuperate from his injuries. At first Bob was limited to using three pound weights to strengthen his arm. He also needed crutches to help him get around the gym. However it wasn’t long before Bob noticed incredible strength gains.
He entered his first bench press contest at the youthful age of 64 and hasn’t slowed down since. Bob now holds 2 American Bench Press Records and 1 World Bench Press Record. His best bench press to date is an official 350 pounds at the age of 68.
