Could this possibly be this same guy?
*** 62 Pounds lighter and 20% less body fat ***

The answer is yes! Walt Cassel’s and I met when a good friend bought him an Antonio’s Training Gift certificate. Walt reluctantly walked into my office and removed his shirt so I could do measurements and test his body fat. He was very nervous and a little unsure of the whole process. I decided that if I asked him to take before pics he would probably walk out and never come back again. Big mistake! I should have listened to my instincts and taken the pictures anyway. The above result is 20% less body fat and 62 pounds of fat gone forever.
In my business you learn a lot about people while training them and I can tell you this guy has the heart of a lion! Great job Walt you are an inspiration to others.

Stacey Ruberti signed up for my Body Transformation with hopes of getting in great shape. She more than accomplished her goal. She lost a total of 18 inches and 15 % body fat. She’s back in top form and ready to sport that bikini at the beach this summer. Great job Stacey.
So long Kelly, We will miss you

Kelly Jean Fritchman July 2, 1976- June 7th, 2009
Every once in a while someone comes along that touches our lives forever, they enter as if riding a shooting star and unfortunately are sometimes taken from us just as fast.
For me Kelly Fritchman was such as person.
Kelly and I met years ago when she began dating my friend Todd.
At first things were a little rocky for Kelly and I because I though she was taking away my best friend but it wasn’t long before I began to see her in a different light.
You see Kelly was born with a deadly disease called Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that attacks the lungs and digestive system and carries a life expectancy of 30 years or less.
Most people never knew Kelly had this disease because she never let it slow her down. She ran races, she swam laps, she biked on the roads and she lifted weights. It seemed as if there was nothing Kelly couldn’t do.
Instead of viewing her disease as a limitation she embraced life with an energy and positive attitude that was felt by everyone who came into contact with her.
Over the years I became a big part of Kelly and Todd’s life.
I stood for Todd as the best man at their wedding, I drove them home from the Hospital when their first child was born and was given the honor of Godfather of their daughter Melanie.
I watched Kelly become a wonderful mother and a devoted wife and considered her a very close friend.
In addition to our friendship I was also Kelly’s trainer. Together we organized training programs to help her stay strong and healthy with the hopes of prolonging her life.
It was during this time that I grew to admire her even more. I began to realize that Kelly was teaching me much more than I could ever give her. She showed me that life is a gift not to be taken lightly and that one should never waist time sweating the small stuff.
To Kelly, her disease was just a part of living. I never once heard her complain, get angry or talk of giving up, she just did the best she could with the cards that were dealt her.
She told me she wanted to return to the athlete she once was in college and she would be back on top of the world again, but this time it wasn’t to be.
Kelly entered the hospital with complications from CF.
I went to visit her last Tuesday and she assured me that she was fine and would soon be out of the hospital. She started planning her recovery and asked me what I wanted for Christmas this year. She also told me to look after Todd until she got home.
On Sunday I received the bad news, Kelly was fading fast. I drove to see her one last time but missed her by an hour.
Kelly Fritchman died on June 7th at 5:59 PM at the age of 31.
Sleep tight my friend, I will never forget you!In the News
