Jay Nichols went through two 12 week body transformations. The first transformation helped him lose unwanted body fat and put him in the best shape of his life. The second transformation allowed Jay to achieve a life long dream placing second in his first body building contest. There's no doubt at age 44 Jay looks better than most 20 year olds.

Jimmy Parks also did 2 consecutive Transformations. The first transformation helped him rehab from double back surgery. The second transformation put Jimmy at a new level. By the time we finished he lost a total of 77 lbs and over 20% body fat. Who would have ever thought the guy in the first pic could have six pack abs? Jimmy will be the latest addition to my Hall of Fame section, check out his story coming soon!

Trina Anthony was tired of being over weight. She finally decided to do something about it. She signed up with Antonio's Training systems and the rest is history. In the beginning Trina wore a size 16 plus and barely made it through 6 minutes of cardio. She is now looking great in a size 10 and has lost an incredible 65 inches. Trina has come a long way since her first cardio sessions, she now jogs and average of 21 miles a week. Trina is still a work in progress and should finish her transformation by early November. Look for her final results to be posted in my next newsletter.

Some of you may remember Kelley Gonzalez from some of my previous newsletters. She started training with me at the end of last summer to get ready for the 2007 Life guard Olympics. This summer she decided to enter her first figure contest. We trained together for only 5 weeks and she lost an amazing 9% body fat. If any female out there still thinks weight training will bulk you up here's proof to the contrary. Adding weight training helped Kelly get in the best shape of her life.

Christina Horsley wanted to get her shape back for her fall wedding. She started the 12 week body transformation in late spring and by mid summer she reached her goal. What bride wouldn't want a tight waistline like Christina's? Wow! I only hope she got sized for her gown after she started working out with me.

Dover International Raceway welcomes Antonio's Training Systems

Every year Dover Downs International Raceway hosts a Biggest Looser contest to promote healthy living habits and boost moral for their many employees. This year I was asked to speak to participants to explain some of the tricks of the trade to help them achieve real results. Pictured above is a group of employees that stayed after the presentation to ask questions. My hat goes off to Dover Downs for taking the initiative to recognize the need to help people be the best they can possible be while adding in the element of friendly competition and teamwork. There is no doubt in my mind corporate fitness is a wave of the future.
