70 Year old Bob Vastine Deadlifts 390 pounds while training for his first contest! Check out the video below.
For anyone that thinks it’s too late to start lifting weights check out Bob Vastine’s 390lb deadlift. Bob has been training with me for over seven years. During this time he has achieved many accomplishments including an incredible 350lb. bench press at 69 years of age. Bob holds state, national and world records and is now training for his first deadlift contest. He will compete in less than 2 weeks and by the looks of this lift Bob is well on his way to shattering more records. The world record in his division is 450 pounds. 13 year old Leukemia survivor enters first race

Natalia Ferrara was diagnosed with Leukemia when she was 3 years old. During this time she was forced endure 2 ½ years of chemo therapy and radiation treatment until she was finally considered to be in remission.
Natalia has never let her illness stop her. She began training with me in the beginning of the July and decided to enter her first race 2 weeks later. She is truly an inspiration to anyone who wants to change their life by getting in shape and staying active.

Check out new mom’s 10 week body transformation- Sharyn Crandell had her first child last year at the age of 35. She was unhappy with the weight she gained and decided to try and get into the best shape of her life. She began training with me on June 15, 2007. We had 10 short weeks to help her reach her goal. Her final pictures will be taken on August 31st. Check out her results in next month’s newsletter.
